Organic Teas (Camellia Sinensis)

All TEA comes from the same plant and only the leaves are used. Variations in processing account for their differences. All our Green Tea, Black Tea, Oolong Tea and White Tea are Organic and contain caffeine

Organic Teas are an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves of the Camellia sinensis, an evergreen shrub native to East Asia. After water, it is the most widely consumed drink in the world. 

White Tea: wilted and unoxidized

Yellow Tea: unwilted and unoxidized but allowed to yellow

Green Tea: unwilted and unoxidized;

Oolong Tea: wilted, bruised, and partially oxidized

Black Tea: wilted, sometimes crushed, and fully oxidized
